Typically, the vast majority of transactions are processed within minutes. However, there may be delays, particularly during peak transaction periods or when transaction volumes are high. You acknowledge that transaction processing times are dependent on external factors beyond Tchex.me's control.
Tchex.me has established transaction limits, which vary based on several factors, including your account type and verification status. These limits may be adjusted at our discretion, depending on various factors, including the level of verification and account usage. Tchex.me retains records of all completed transactions and provides transaction history accessible through your Tchex.me Payment Account. We recommend users maintain their own records and confirm transactions via email after the transaction is completed.
Once a transaction is initiated, it may not be canceled, changed, or reversed. Funds received into your Tchex.me Payment Account will be held by Tchex.me. You are responsible for ensuring that your Tchex.me Payment Account has a sufficient balance to cover your transaction requests and any associated fees. Tchex.me will not pay any interest on funds held in your Tchex.me Payment Account.
You may withdraw funds from your Tchex.me Payment Account by initiating a withdrawal request through your Tchex.me Payment Account dashboard. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts in your name. Withdrawal processing times may vary based on factors such as your bank's policies and the method of withdrawal. Tchex.me may require you to provide additional documentation or information to facilitate the withdrawal process.
If you initiate a transaction involving currency conversion, Tchex.me will display the exchange rate and any fees associated with the transaction. By confirming the transaction, you agree to the displayed exchange rate and fees. The actual exchange rate applied to your transaction may vary from the rate displayed on the Tchex.me Payment Account dashboard due to fluctuations in the foreign exchange market. Tchex.me may charge a currency conversion fee for such transactions.
Tchex.me may charge fees for various Services and transactions, as outlined on our website. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Services. Tchex.me reserves the right to change its fee structure and fee amounts at any time and without prior notice.
